★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos kosan yang cukup besar terdiri dari 3 lantai, harga cukup premium. Listrik belum token jd bisa cincai saja dengan penjaga kosannya untuk harga listriknya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya menulis review ini jujur bukan maksud menjelekan.
Jadi saya sudah kost kurang lebih 5 bulan, dan ini kronologinya :
1. AC kamar rusak. Setelah nyala, gak lama mati, nanti nyala lagi, dan begitu terus.
2. Saya protes ke mbak yang jaga kost. Dia ada service (setelah seminggu saya kejar terus) tapi masih rusak. Jadi saya komplain lagi. Tapi mbaknya selalu bilang "sudah di service masa rusak lagi, saya cek AC nyala"
3. Memang benar AC nyala, tapi beberapa jam kemudian akan mati sendiri, harus didiamkan bberp jam lagi, baru dinyalakan kembali, dan itu mengganggu karena kadang mati di jam2 3 pagi
4. Saya Komplain dan kasih video bukti AC rusak tapi mbak nya malah kasih no hp penjaga kost lain yang cowo dan bilang kalau bosan dengan komplain saya
5. Saya komplain karena ada kerusakan, masa tidak ada apa2 saya komplain terus
Tolong untuk penjaga kost bisa lebih sopan ya. Sangat mengecewakan.

I write this review honestly is not the intention to disparage.
So I've been boarding for about 5 months, and here is the chronology:
1. AC room is broken. After igniting, do not die long, will turn on again, and so on.
2. I protested to Ms. who was guarding the boarding house. He has service (after a week I keep chasing) but it's still broken. So I complained again. But her sister always said "it's been damaged again, I checked the air conditioner on"
3. It is true that the AC is on, but a few hours later it will turn itself off, it must be left in a few hours, then turn it on again, and that is annoying because sometimes it turns off at 3 am
4. I complained and gave me a video proof that the AC was broken, but my sister gave me the cellphone number of another boarding guy who was a guy and said that he was bored with my complaint.
5. I am complaining because there is damage, when there is nothing I complain
Please boarding guards can be more polite huh. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah kost / guest house sederhana ini terletak di jalan kran raya dan sangat mudah ditemui karena bangunan nya yang mencolok dan terdapat tulisan, "kirana wolu." di pintu masuk nya.
Sebenarnya kos ini cukup nyaman dan punya fasilitas oke. Namun yang kurang adalah perawatan / maintenance kosnya yang sangat minim sehingga banyak fasilitas yang tidak maksimal. Contoh sinyal wifi yang tidak menjangkau semua kamar kos, selang shower mandi rusak, fitting lampu yang bermasalah sehingga lampu sering rusak, closet tidak bisa flush, AC yang sering bermasalah, dan tidak semua kamar memiliki tv padahal biaya bulanan seharusnya mencakup itu semua yang terbilang cukup mahal untuk dihuni oleh satu orang.
Kelebihannya, kos ini boleh dihuni dua orang (kecuali pria dan wanita non muhrim) dalam satu kamar tanpa biaya tambahan. Oh ya. Kos ini juga menyediakan kasur spring bed susun sehingga memang cocok untuk dua orang sekamar.
Salah satu nilai plus nya lagi yaitu kos ini punya rooftop yang luas untuk sekedar nongkrong atau cari angin. Dan kalau di jakarta expo lagi pasang kembang api bisa kelihatan dari sini.
This simple boarding house / guest house is located on Jalan Kran Raya and is very easy to find because the building is striking and has the words "Kirana Wolu" written on it. at its entrance.
Actually this boarding house is quite comfortable and has okay facilities. But what is lacking is the maintenance / maintenance of the boarding house which is very minimal so that many facilities are not optimal. Examples of wifi signals that do not reach all boarding houses, broken shower hoses, problematic light fittings so that the lights are often broken, closets cannot flush, air conditioners often have problems, and not all rooms have a TV even though the monthly fee should cover all that is fairly sufficient expensive for one person to live in.
The advantage is that this boarding house can be occupied by two people (except non-mahram men and women) in one room at no additional cost. Oh, yes. This boarding house also provides a bunk spring bed so it is suitable for two people in a room.
One of the plus points is that this boarding house has a large rooftop for just hanging out or looking for a breeze. And if the Jakarta Expo is installing fireworks, you can see it from here.
