★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under Pasar Jaya/govern management tradisional market, the building lacks of maintain, inconvenient, although this is the only pasar for Sunter area, not to mention limited parking space, and the traffic. Need some effort to park and go on business hour. Peoples here prefer other neighborhood "pasar"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this two storey market need a major renovation. Most stalls are in bad shape with worn out furnitures. Some areas are dirty, smelly and have a bad sewage, not hygienic too as once i saw cockroaches marching up on tofu shop.
I guess people keep going there because it is more complete compare to other markets in the same area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. Its a traditional market.. Need to be renovate.. Run down. But amazingly not too dirty.. Just buy what u need and leave. Not advisable to walk around.. Hope they can renovate soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here at pasar sunter, at the stores in ground floor you would find lots of grocery, coffee, kitchen equipments, some fruit and veggies. At first floor you would be able to buy fresh vegetables, chicken, beef, mutton, and different types of seafood at affordable cost.
