★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya disini pada aneh, sombong banget, pas dtg di remehin dikira cuma nanya nanya aja ga beli, giliran ngambil banyak baru manis manis, harus di training lagi nih kalian dalam pelayanan nya, sayang produknya uda oke kalo pelayannya bad.
The service here is weird, really arrogant, when it is underestimated, it is thought that just asking and not buying, it's turn to take lots of new sweet sweet, you have to train again in the service, unfortunately the product is okay if the waiter is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ King Rabbit ITC Cempaka Mas sangat 2 mengecewakan 2 kali membeli seprei setelah dicuci bahan berbulu, saya mencoba komplain sesuai penjaga toko blg kalo berbulu kembalikan tetapi saat kesana, di bilang itu bukan berbulu padahal jelas2 seprei menjadi kasar stlh di cuci dan penjaga tidak menanggapi komplain saya..saya mau infokan utk pembeli berpikir 2 kali harga mahal tp kualitas murahan. Kualiatas sprei sangat buruk saat ini berbeda dengan dulu..utk owner King Rabbit tlg diperhatikan tak usah menjual seprei dgn bahan buruk tapi harga mahal!!!
King Rabbit ITC Cempaka Mas was very disappointing 2 times bought sheets after washing with hairy material, I tried to complain according to the shopkeeper if the hair was returned but when I went there, it was said it wasn't hairy even though it was clear the sheets became rough after washing and the guard did not respond to my complaint ..I want to inform buyers to think twice the price is expensive but cheap quality. The quality of the bed linen is very bad, now it is different from before ... for the owner of King Rabbit, attention is not required to sell sheets with bad materials but expensive prices !!!

Untuk bahannya sih lumayan tapi pelayanannya kurang banget. Awal tanya2 kaya ga dilayanin gitu, takut cuma window shopping aja. Tapi pas tau beli 3 langsung baik n tawarin yang lain2
Mungkin ga semua karyawannya begitu, baca review rata2 complaint sama pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hari lalu special ke ITC Cempaka Mas buat ke sini. Tokonya deket AW, jadinya nyari gampang. Disana dilayanin ramah sama jelas sama 4 orang pegawainya. Beli 1 bedcover sama 2 thermal blanket. Udah dicuci dan dipake, sesuai sama harapan. Enak, nggak panas, nggak gatel, dan terutama muat di mesin cuci 9 kilo saya. Worth it buat yg pengen ngerasain rasa bed cover dkknya sebelum beli, tapi disini nggak ada yg bedcover celina cotton.
2 days ago special to ITC Cempaka Mas to come here. The shop is near AW, so finding it is easy. There the service is friendly and clear with 4 employees. Buy 1 bedcover and 2 thermal blankets. Washed and worn, as expected. Delicious, not hot, not itchy, and especially fits in my 9 kg washing machine. It's worth it for those who want to feel the taste of the bed cover and the others before buying it, but here there is no Celina cotton bedcover.
