★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loads of equipment, clean, air con, 50k entry and not crowded. Can't ask for much more as a tourist, great gym. Also had showers, lockers and changing rooms, didn't use them but looked fine to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay! Guys and girls if you are looking for a nice place in Jakarta for a nasty workout this is the place to be!!
Is a 4 floors air-conditioned building where basically you can find every maschine for every body part!
There are classes as well, but is better to check with the owner about it.
The owner Mr king has been amazing (thanks Po) , help me out with pre workout, proteins etc, plus he has a large selection of products that you can choose and buy straight there for a small price. Trust me guys the 50k per entry are all worthy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well equipped with everything you need (squat rack, bench press, necessary free weights and machines). Good price for single day entry and owner was very friendly. Would definitely come back next time I'm in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean gym with plenty of equipment and weights for just about everything you would need, including air conditioning. They also have plenty of pre and post workout supplements, protein powders, etc. if you’re also in need of these things.
The owners are also some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The patrons that also work out at this gym seems to be super nice and respectful as well.
Highly recommend!
