★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya dokter hewan stand by mulai sekitar jam 13.00 wib. Dokter dan teamnya friendly dan ramah. Sejauh ini pelayanan baik dan bisa jemput antar buat mandiin kucing/guguk kesayangan. Tapi jarak tertentu aja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 tahun yang lalu kucing saya sakit dan saya bawa ke Kinara petshop, Dokter bilang sakit di saluran kencing dan sudah menyerang ginjal, tapi dokter tidak menyarankan untuk dirawat dan disuruh dibawa pulang kemudian hanya diberi makanan RC urinary a, tapi besokannya kucing saya mati. baru seminggu yang lalu kucing saya sakit saya bawa lagi ke kinara, lagi-lagi dibilang yang sama sakit di saluran kencing. dirawat 2 hari kemudian sudah boleh dibawa pulang. tapi di rumah masih aja nggak nggak mau makan dan masih muntah Akhirnya saya bawa ke petshop lain dirawat selama 4 hari karena ternyata kucing saya terkena virus calici tapi sekarang kucing saya udah sehat dan ceria. Hanya saja saya sangat kecewa dengan Kinara Petshop Saya berharap Kinara petshop bisa memperbaiki pelayanan terhadap hewan..
2 years ago my cat was sick and I took it to Kinara petshop, the doctor said it hurt in the urinary tract and had attacked the kidneys, but the doctor didn't recommend being treated and was told to be taken home and then only given RC urinary a food, but the next day my cat died. just a week ago my cat was sick I brought it back to kinara, again it was said to be the same pain in the urinary tract. treated 2 days later can be taken home. but at home I still don't want to eat and am still vomiting. Finally I took it to another pet shop and was treated for 4 days because it turned out that my cat had the calici virus but now my cat is healthy and happy. It's just that I am very disappointed with Kinara Petshop. I hope Kinara petshop can improve services for animals..
