β β β β β wangi sih wangi, tapi masa sprei nya belum disetrika. kusut banget, mana ibunya ngegas lagi. padahal udah ngeiyain bisa diambil jam 2, eh malah belum selesai. Udah bayar lunas buat 2 kilo, padahal aslinya 0,8. pelayanan nya kaya ngga ikhlas gitu, bikin kesel, harus nyetrika sendiri dikos jadinya. GAK BAKAL KESINI LAGI
It smells good, but the bed linen hasn't been ironed yet. really disheveled, where is his mother blurting again. even though you already can take it at 2, eh it isn't finished yet. Already paid in full for 2 kilos, even though the original was 0.8. the service is not sincere, makes you upset, you have to iron yourself in the board. NO WILL HERE AGAIN

β β β β β Kiara Laundry & Dry Cleaning hasil cuciannya bersih dan wangi. Selesai tepat waktu, sesuai dengan paket yg dipilih, karena saya biasa ambil paket expres 24 jam, dan 1 lagi nih, karyawannya jujur. Kerudung saya yg sudah di laundry ternyata ketinggalan. Walau sudah lewat 1 minggu, tapi saat saya kembali kesana untuk laundry lagi, saat transaksi pembayaran, kan ada nama customernya, nah mbak nya langsung kembalikan kerudung saya yg tertinggal. Semoga kejujurannya slalu terjaga. Hanya sekedar masukan sedikit, maaf, kalau bisa cuciannya di cek lagi lebih teliti sebelum di bungkus dan diberikan ke customer. Trus, kalau ada cucian yg tertinggal mohon langsung info ke customernya. Terima Kasih.

Even though it's already past 1 week, but when I go back there for laundry again, when the payment transaction, there is the name of the customer, now my sister immediately return my veil left behind. Hopefully the honesty will always be maintained. Just a little input, sorry, if you can check the laundry more thoroughly before packing and given to the customer. Then, if there is laundry left behind, please directly inform the customer. Thanks.
