Saya di Janjikan kalo teknisi akan datang pada 4 hari kemudian dan sampai hari X pengerjaan di tungguin tidak ada confirmasi untuk pengerjaan. Di confirmasi ulang alasan nya ini itu. Jika anda bergerak di bidang jasa sebaik nya anda mengutamakan pelayanan yg baik terutama dalam hal waktu. Jika sebelumnya Kharisma service tidak men janjikan hari X pengerjaan maka saya bisa mencari alternatif lain dan tidak perlu membuang waktu saya untuk menunggu jasa anda.
The service is not good, can not be trusted, not on time, not professional.
I was promised that the technician would come 4 days later and until X day the workmanship was waiting for there was no confirmation for the work. Re-confirm the reason for this. If you are engaged in the best service you prioritize good service, especially in terms of time. If previously Kharisma service did not promise X days of work then I could look for other alternatives and not have to waste my time waiting for your services.
