Dikasih ma ibu boss, paket Tekwan dari Khaira Kitchen
& beberapa hari yang lalu, tekwannya kami olah
Karna gak ada petunjuk cara mengolah / ngebikinnya
Akhirnya...
Q masak dgn air yg cukup banyak
Sehingga rasa kuahnya jadi hambar
& kami pun menambahkan garam, kaldu perasa, lada & juga bumbu halus (bawang putih & garam di haluskan lalu di tumis)
Untuk rasa bola² tekwan, sgt enak,kenyal & lembut
Sambalnya juga cukup banyak
Tuk harga, Q g tahu coz ini dikasih ma bossQ ?

& a few days ago, we processed the tekwan
Because there are no instructions on how to process / make it
Finally...
Q cook with enough water
So that the taste of the gravy becomes bland
& we also add salt, flavoring broth, pepper & also ground spices (garlic & salt are pureed and then stir-fried)
For the taste of tekwan balls, it's very tasty, chewy & soft
The sauce is also quite a lot
For the price, I don't know coz this is given to you by bossQ
