★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to other KFC outlets, but usually with longer queue. On the 4th floor (food court) of ITC Permata Hijau, you can order at KFC and sit anywhere you like at the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC has changed its gravy recipe. ..probably due to the push to no trans fats and calorie content; however, as we do not eat it more than twice per year...the taste is a factor! We are sad! Still love the chicken. Staff was great.
