I hate ordering fast food from Gojek. The food is never fresh. The fries are old and gross. They have no standards for their pick up services.
Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered five pieces of chicken (plus 2 rice) for delivery. When I received the order, I was disappointed to find out that they had given me breasts for all five pieces of chicken. Perhaps it's my fault for not indicating precisely which parts I want when ordering via the Grab application. But I assumed that if order five pieces, I would get a good mix of different parts, or the store would ask me via chat...
More problematically, the meat was very dry and the skin was not crispy at all. They tasted nothing like the usual stuff from KFC. Even the rice didn't taste good (again, very dry). I couldn't finish the order because they tasted genuinely awful.. felt like a complete waste of Rp. 120k. I won't be ordering from this branch again.
