★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can enjoy your regular KFC menu in a great restaurant layout, the food was good, but i think one of the O.R. chicken i received kinda too bland for my taste, idk if it was me or the chicken wasn't marinated enough.
i like the interior concept so much, but couldn't stand the noises around the cashier area, they played the music way too loud and i have to repeat my order 3 times before the staff can finally listen to my voice.
overall, i'd love to pay another visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management need to improve customer service in this branch. The employee didn't care about the customers. No one helping opening the door when we have little kids, the one who prepare the food is also not paying attention to the request, and the one at the outside didn't tell us to be careful when the floor is slippery after the rain. The floor outside is not safe, it was so slippery when wet. Management should change it, many things need to be improved. The only one very helpful is employee who help us when we want to order through the automatic order machine. I hope this circumstances is only temporary and gradually this KFC branch will get better like any other branch.
