★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dining area not comfortable at all. first floor too hot for eating as tables are placed next to large windows facing the sun. second floor has a tv and air conditioned but i smell a faul scent like toilet odor. moreover, water leaking from whatever it might come from and dripping on the bench.
