β β β β β Great sate and gule! Beware, the standard sate gule campur can be a little to spicy. You might want to ask to tone down the spiceyness. The sate can be tough sometimes, so make sure to sample beforw buying them a lot. The gule is always tasty! So it's a must to try them.

β β β β β First thing first, I love KFC's food. BUT. They need to be more careful with their service. I got an unpleasant experience few days ago, which disturb me (and my mom) a lot at that time. They made me pay 35k for a CD I don't ask for (nor got informed about).
Here's the detail:
I was buying food via drive-thru and I was looking for a package that includes 3 chicken and fries. The operator suggest "Kombo Super Star 3" and said that it includes 3 chicken, 2 rice (can be switched to fried by adding 9k/fries), soup, and drink. I agreed to choose it of course. I slightly saw the package on the poster too and it fits the spoken description.
After I did the payment and took my order, my mom checked the receipt on our way home and she was surprised to see the amount of price. She was enraged when she found out that KFC made us bought a CD of this tacky band (?) for 35k. I don't even know is it even a band but it seems tawdry and totally unflattering. They didn't mention this before hand, and the poster didn't suggest that we MUST buy it either (*poster attached).
So we came back to KFC expecting some explanation.
After I explain the situation the staff admitted that it was their fault for not giving a heads up about this matter and the cashier supposed to ask us about the CD before the payment process. The explanation was quite displeasing since he kept trying to convince us that this is still a good deal despite us paying for the CD we don't need. So? What's next? Nothing. That's it.
I was hoping that they can at least show sincere apology and say, "We are sorry, for the inconvenience. We will make sure this won't happen again any time soon." But he didn't cause he was too busy giving his redundant convoluted statement of how this mistake is not fraudulent & it is still a good deal.
At the end I gave him the CD and took off.
I don't mind the extra 35k but I totally don't appreciate the given service.
p.s. KFC should really try a new marketing strategy. Why do they even sell random CD in the first place?! Better spend the cost for CSR or something else.

β β β β β The fried chicken is crispy and makes you want to stop by to enjoy it especially when cycling with friends and the place is quite comfortable, try the thighs above.... crispy outside and soft inside.....or buy one whole chiken....?
