The worst shopping place. 1 item that has been paid is not shipped. There is no confirmation of empty goods and no refunds. I tried to call CS not picked up, as many as 4x emails were not answered. Very unprofessional :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget sih pelayanannya jelekk bgt... lama... dr kmrn saya belanja sampe skrg ga jelassss statusnya padahal udh transfer.. aplikasinya very bad, lemot bgt... update order saya dr kmrn smp saat ini udah 24jam masih invoice processing terus.. call center ga pernah di angkat telfonnya.. email ga di bales... bingung harus kemana lagi nanyanya? Kapok sih pake aplikasi Kesupermaket ini, VERY BAD SERVICE.
I am really disappointed the service is so bad ... for a long time ... I have been shopping until now, but the status is still difficult even though the transfer is already ... the application is very bad, very slow ... my order update from now to the junior high is now 24 hours still invoice processing continues ... the call center was never picked up ... the email was not replied ... confused where else to ask? How can you use this Supermaket application, VERY BAD SERVICE.
