★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ekspedisi yang sangat buruk, kantor suami saya mengirimkan barang dari Kupang-Jakarta sejak tanggal 30 juli 2020. Tracking di web tanggal 2 Agustus 2020 tertera kedatangan sudah di kantor pusat Jakarta, namun hingga sekarang saya belum menerima paketnya. Sudah mau sebulan.
Email tidak dijawab, telpon kantor tidak bisa dihubungi, dan telpon pegawainya juga tidak ada respon

Begitu datang ke kantor pusat, ternyata barang Sudah di kantor
Kurir tidak menginfokan kalo barang Sudah sampe di kantor, malah titip security tanpa konfirmasi / telpon dengan kita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang baik, paketan selalu terlambat sampai ke alamat tujuan. Paketan saya sudah dikirim dari Balikpapan sejak tanggal 9 Februari, tiba di Banjarmasin tanggal 13 Februari tetapi sampai sekarang tidak dikirim atau diantarkan ke alamat saya. Mohon solusinya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kirim barang jumat, senin pagi ditungguin di kantor AM Sangaji, ternyata gudangnya ada di belakang. status barang udah sampe sini di website, ditanya orangnya yang jaga di gudang katanya barang udah ngga ada yang dateng kesitu lagi, padahal di website keterangannya disitu.
direfer ke bekasi, orang bekasinya kasih contact orang yang bisa dihubungi, ternyata mereka subcon lagi ke kurir namanya PEX. dari sini direfer lagi ke kurirnya, saya ambil barang saya di daerah kebagusan sekitaran deket Ragunan.
tl;dr kecewa dah, please jangan pake ini kalo urgent, repot sendiri yang ada

tl; dr I'm disappointed, please don't use this if it's urgent, just bother yourself
