★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dng kinerja anak buah bu risma di dinsos kabupaten malang, q tgl 7 januari 2022 sdh mengajukan surat keterangan tidak mampu buat urus bpjs (pindah dari mandiri ke KIS) ( kerja q hanya seorang ojol, gara2 pandemi ini q ga mampu bayar iuran bpjs ) ,q sdh menyerahkan berkas2 lengkap dari kelurahan s/d kecamatan ke dinsos,kate petugas dinsos suruh nunggu aja entah brp lama nanti dikabari lagi, waktu berselang sdh 3 bln kok ga ada kabar q samperin ke dinsos lagi, dan alhasil petugas e tdk tahu sampe kpn berkas2 saya bisa di validasi, apa serumit ini prosedur n birokrasi di instansi ini, tlg donk bu menteri risma yg terhormat, kami ini rakyat kecil jng dibikin rumit
Matur suwon bu risma ?, moga2 bu menteri baca keluhan saya ini

Disappointed with the performance of Mrs. Risma's subordinates at the Malang Regency Social Service, on January 7, 2022, I submitted a certificate of being unable to manage BPJS (moving from independent to KIS) (I work only as an ojol, because of this pandemic I can't afford to pay BPJS contributions) I have submitted complete files from the kelurahan to the sub-district to the social service office, the social service officer told me to wait, I don't know how long it will take to be notified again, 3 months later, how come there is no news, I sent it to the social service again, and as a result, the officer didn't know until When can my files be validated, is it as complicated as the procedure and bureaucracy in this agency, please, dear Minister Risma, we are small people, don't make it complicated
