★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lapangan tenis nya bagus...lingkungannya lumayan asri cuma jalanannya paving block banyak yg rusak di jalan utamanya...masjidnya besar modern 2 lantai, taman bermain anaknya tidak terawat.sayang sekali
 The tennis court is good...the environment is quite beautiful, only the paving block roads are damaged on the main road...the mosque is large, modern 2 floors, the children's playground is not maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semenjak saya tinggal disini rasanya nyaman banget lingkungannya..
Tetangga juga baik-baik, teduh karena banyak pohon-pohon rindang, kalau pagi juga masih banyak burung liar yang berkicau..
Jalan depan rumah juga luas cukup buat 2 sampai 3 mobil..
Nah kalau dari segi fasilitas, ada macem-macem : masjid, aula serbaguna, lapangan tenis, lapangan badminton, tempat bermain anak dan lain-lain.
Apalagi dari segi akses., deket kemana-mana:
Stasiun depok 15 menit
Perumahan GDC 10 menit
Kostrad TNI 10 menit
Tol Cibinong 20 menit
Margonda 20 menit
Enak lah kalau mau kemana-mana., lho jadi saya yang promosi perumahan ya ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi perumahan yang asri ada banyak blok blok disini dan sehingga baiknya bertanya dahulu ke petugas security agar bisa diarahkan harus kemana jika mau menuju salah satu rumah di dalam komplek Perumahan Kemang Swatama Residence. Kalo dari Pasar Pucung sekita 15menit menuju arah kalibaru bisa dengan menaiki angkat pink jurusan Terminal Kp.Sawah Terminal Depok
