★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old housing complex. It used to be very expensive to live here. Maybe the price is more reasonable by now. They have tennis courts, swimming pool, etc. Supermarket just outside the complex. I love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment complex is surrounded by a lot of trees and greenery. The apartments are spacious as they were constructed during 1960s. 24 hour security and friendly staff who meet residents with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like in a villa outside of Jakarta. Love the greenery, homey facilities and great helpful staffs. Nearby with good restaurants and cafes such as Amigos and Antipodean... walking distance to HERO supermarket as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where I swim, four mornings a week. They have a 25 m pool that's acceptability clean. Most importantly almost nobody swims there in the morning. You have to be a member though, and the yearly fee is not exactly the cheapest in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A housing complexs from town house,condo also apartment..the environment really good..quite comfort for kids cos every backyard or frontyard theres a small playground...it has tennis court,basket ball field..they had a club house w/ swimming pool,gym,library,spa inside.if you wanna go to fill your groceries Hero Kemang next to it..the most important thing is its so secure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice complex with excellent facilities but the security guys are VERY RACIST as they do double check and ask for ID cards to Indonesian nationals ONLY. When I went there with my expat friends to visit friends who live there, they didn't ask to leave our ID cards at the gate, only happened when I entered the gate just by myself. ONE MORNING, they even stopped me at the gate and asked too much questions and seemed didn't believe that I went there to meet my friends. They kept saying "Oh, you want to meet your boss". So I called my friends to pick me up at the gate. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!. If they have to check and ask people to leave ID cards at the gate, then ask to every guest not just to the Indonesian nationals.
