★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went all the way.. From Kelapa gading to here as requested by my family.
Ugently want to pee in the middle of the jammed road.
When I got there, there is no toilet available whatsoever.
I ask the security whether I can use the staff toilet coz I really need to go to toilet.
And not allowed, he said have to ask permission from manager.
You got great products (price too). And freakin not helpful at all for customer.
Even alfamart etc have toilet for their customers.
Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place really great for groceries, really great ambience. fruit and the vegetables are really fresh. If you looking for meats also this place is great choice.
Really good service too, all the staffs are really friendly and always helping the customers.
They also gave us hand glove before enter the supermarket. Also it’s really easy to get the parking spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kem Chicks has always been a pleasant place to do grocery shopping. They offered a lot of items that are not available in the other supermarkets. Price wise they are on the premium side for everything.
This particular branch in PIK has certainly become my favorite because they do have cage for our pets so we can do grocery and have our pets secured and being watched by the security. A 5 star for this immaculate services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go here when I go to PIK area because it's one of my favorite supermarkets in town. It's very cozy and I really like the ambience of shopping here. The atmosphere inside the store feels like Christmas all the time - warm and homey.
The variety of products is also amazing. It also has a wine shop and a Turkish dishes booth inside the store. They also have plenty selections of imported products that you can rarely find in other supermarkets. The staffs are also very friendly!
