Completely disappointing in terms of service and clarity of information or service given by each officer involved (police, pengadilan (court), Kejaksaan Jakarta Timur).
You must check the amount before you make payment, but the referred wesite xame out as error (how do you make payment if you don't know how much and to whom you must pay?).
Kejaksaan Jakarta Timur was crowded with motorcycles and people lining up out in the sun. No signage to help first-timers ith procedures whatsoever.
OfficialOcff parks are non-existent (you should ask guards for available parking bay).
In there, by the road on the sidewalk (where motorcycles are parked), many BRI (bank) agents set up stalls. Although they look shady and not legitimate, they turned out to be legitimate.
All in all, a horrible experience and wasted a lot of my valuable time. The government could have designed it better.
I now understand why bribing is a more viable option in this country.
