tolong perbaiki pelayanan nya ,, ini instansi negara bukan kantor abal² jadi jaga nama baik anda.
alur sidang tilang ndak jelas masyarakat awam pun pasti bingung.
petugas parkir pun tak ada tpi mau keluar ditarik uang parkir ,, jannn konyoll..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pak mau tanya ini katanya untuk proses tilang harus mlalui e tilang, terus ini untuk besaran denda yang harus dibayarkan itu berapa kan kita belum tau. Terus itu kalau mau bayar bagaimana, sedangkan dicek di aplikasi e tilang tidak diterakan besaran denda yang harus dibayarkan. Sedangkan kalau dendanya itu menurut putusan sidang, disana tertulis pengumuman untuk pembayaran melalui e tilang. Lha terus bagaimana kita tahu denda yang harus dibayarkan, sedangkan putusan sidang saja belum ada?
