Suasananya tenang, terdapat kebun depan dan belakang, interior luas, bahkan tersedia kamar menginap.
Sifatnya community space. Host akan mempersiapkan fasilitas by appointment atau by invitation. Cukup kondusif untuk pertemuan kelompok hingga 20 orang peserta.
Sementara menjadi tempat belajar teh dan kopi anak muda Jogja yang terlibat. Dengar-dengar kedai teh nya juga direncanakan segera rilis.
