★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food : the price is so amazing ?? you just need to pay 10K for a plate of banana fritter (5pcs), teh poci only 10K with 2 glass. Soooo worth ❤️
They have a unique menus for nasi goreng kecombrang, and for the unique one, u just pay for 15K .
Place : its easy to find. By waze. And for the ambience quite pleasant, nice and peacefull. Beside the river. So guest could see the natural view from their tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After enjoying beautiful art crafts in Timbul Raharjo's show room/art gallery, I visited this small simple (rather shabby I must say) coffee shop located besides the gallery. It's quite clean and the two girls are keen to serve you. Almost everything is made to order. So you need to be patient. The food and beverages are cheap. Banana fritters is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you look for something easy yet traditional, come to this place and enjoy the food. They have plenty choices, from snacks to meals. The meals here are quite rare to find, so you must try one. Like nasi goreng kecombrang and nasi sayur lompong. Kecombrang and lompong are not most people food, so to find them here is really good.
My first try were banana fitters and tahu goreng and both taste was so good. The hot ginger drink accompanied them very well. Also that the price here is affordable, not more than 25K each.
The place is just so chilled. The sound of the river under the cafe is quite relaxing. A good place to spend your time with friends or by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serve traditional dishes like angkringan. But the place is like a cafe. If we go to this cafe in the afternoon, we can enjoy the river view. They just accepted cash money. In the night we can enjoy the ethnic atmosphere. Donuts and some cake are additional menu here. My favourite dish is gorengan. They serve gorengan fresh from the pan and add the hot soya bean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, what do you know, it's a hidden gem in Kasongan.
First time visit in the afternoon, and love the place, I wonder how this place looks like at night though.
Since it was in the afternoon, and not a place for a cup of coffee, although they offer coffee, ordered the "mendoan" and "teh rempah". I loved how they make the tea, super boiling water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in Kasongan Village, literally hidden because you have to find this place beside Timboel Gallery through the BNI ATM. Affordable price for locals and tourists. The ambiance was really calm because of the river beside.
