Diajakin makan siang jauh, ke Boyolali.
Perjalanan dari Salatiga ke Boyolali ditempuh kurang lebih 1 jam.
Dibawalah saya ke tempat makan yang lokasinya "nylempit". Dalam hati berkata, mau makan iga bakar kok ya tempatnya nylempit..
Laluuuu.. Sesampainya di sana, kami melihat ad beberapa jenis menu. Setelah dipilih-dipilih, kami putuskan memesan sop iga bakar dan ayam bakar (karena salah satu rekan kami tidak suka daging sapi).
Kurang lebih 15 menit, makanan kami datang.
Sepiring nasi, semangkok sup, dan 2 buah iga bakar beserta sambel bawang dalam piring yang terpisah yang hmmmm sangat haruuum dan menggugah selera..
Pertama-tama, saya icip kuah sup-nya.
Wow, seger.. Rasanya tipis.. Rempahnya tidak terlalu strong. Tapi menurut saya, agak kurang asin sih. Isian supnya adalah : beberapa potong wortel & kentang disiram kuah dan ditaburi seledri, bawang daun, dan bawang merah goreng.
Lalu, saya cicip iga bakarnya.
Dengan menggunakan sendok & garpu, mulai saya "cuwil" degingnya. Dan wow... Empuuuukkk..
Bumbunya berasa dan merasuk, manisnya pas.
Saat saya makan daging iga bakarnya beserta sambal dan nasi, masyaallah.. Enak banget..
Lalu ditambah dengan kuah sup, makin enak dan segar..
Ini RECOMMENDED sih.. Dengan harga yg terjangkau, rasanya juga enak..
Dan minumannya saya pesan es teh.
Untuk rasa es teh-nya, not bad'lah menurut saya..
Hehehe...
Dan seperti biasa, ini review menurut saya, menurut lidah saya ya..
Jadi kalau saya bilang enak, belum tentu kamu juga ngerasain ya enak.

Invited to lunch far away, to Boyolali.
The journey from Salatiga to Boyolali takes approximately 1 hour.
Take me to a place to eat that is located "narrow". In my heart I said, I want to eat grilled ribs, how come the place is narrow..
Thenuuu.. When we got there, we saw that there were several types of menus. After being selected, we decided to order the grilled rib soup and grilled chicken (because one of our colleagues doesn't like beef).
In about 15 minutes our food arrived.
A plate of rice, a bowl of soup, and 2 grilled ribs along with onion sauce in a separate plate which hmmmm is very fragrant and appetizing..
First, I tasted the soup.
Wow, fresh.. It's thin.. Spices are not too strong. But in my opinion, it's a little less salty. The filling for the soup is: a few pieces of carrots & potatoes, doused in gravy and sprinkled with celery, spring onions, and fried shallots.
Then, I tasted the grilled ribs.
Using a spoon & fork, I began to "cuwil" the meat. And wow... Emuuuukkk..
The seasoning is flavorful and pervasive, the sweetness is just right.
When I eat the grilled ribs with chili sauce and rice, masyaallah.. it's really delicious..
Then added with soup, the more delicious and fresh..
This is RECOMMENDED anyway.. With an affordable price, the taste is also good..
And the drink I ordered iced tea.
For the taste of the iced tea, it's not bad in my opinion..
Hehehe...
And as usual, this is a review in my opinion, according to my tongue..
So if I say delicious, it doesn't mean you feel good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari Tol keluar Boyolali Lurus kearah Museum R Hamong Wardoyo. Sekitar 200 meter sampai di Ruko Amanjaya Square. Gara gara survey sama majikan disana, gak sengaja lihat ada Gapura KP. Tegal Mulyo kok ada tulisan Sop Iga Bakar panah masuk, penasaran dong? ?. Pas masuk dari gang lalu belok kanan udah ada tempat parkiran. Lumayan tempat parkirnya. Gak nyangka lo ada yang jualan Iga Bakar di tempat yang cukup tersembunyi menurutku?. Mungkin yang beli langganan ya, atau juga banyak yang searching di google map, nyatanya juga banyak yang beli. Pas masuk mau pesen, sudah melihat abang" nya ngipasin Iga Bakarnya dong, sudah ngiler nih ???.Setelah menunggu 10 menit, Akhirnya Sop Iga Bakarnya meluncur di meja yang akan siap disantap. Jujur kaget banget daging Iganya muwel(tebel) banget mana empuk lagi teksturnya ???. Rasanya mantap, porsinya banyak, harganya murah sih seporsi segitu ☺☺. Bakalan jadi list makan siang aku kalau Ke Boyolali . Pokoknya mantul banget. Buat yang pengen makan bareng keluarga cocok banget disini. Dijamin puas banget ☺☺. Thanksyou Kedai Makan Lembu Raos ? Sayang juga sama chefnya yang bikin rasa iga bakarnya juara ???

I didn't think you would sell grilled ribs in a place that is quite hidden in my opinion . Maybe those who buy subscriptions, or also many who search on google map, in fact many also buy. When I came in, I wanted to order, I saw my brother fanning the Grilled Ribs, I'm already drooling . After waiting for 10 minutes, the Grilled Ribs Soup finally slid on the table where it was ready to be eaten. Honestly, I was really surprised that the Ribs were really tough (thick). The texture is soft again ???. The taste is great, the portions are big, the price is cheap for such a portion . It will be on my lunch list when I go to Boyolali. Anyway, it's really good. For those who want to eat with their family, it's very suitable here. Guaranteed to be very satisfied Thanksyou Kedai Makan Lembu Raos It's too bad the chef made the grilled ribs taste great
