Mungkin sekitar 200 meter dari lokasi memang terdapat tanaman pepaya yang sengaja ditanam secara berjajar, namun tidak dimaksudkan untuk suatu perkebunan skala besar. Justru yang sangat mungkin dikembangkan adalah peternakan sapi secara berkelompok.
Jalan menuju lokasi sangat baik dengan pemandangan dan suasana pedesaan yang sangat terasa. Hamparan sawah yang luas dan udara yang segar dan sejuk, penduduk juga ramah.
