★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangunan bernuansa klasik, sering digunakan untuk acara kedinasan juga. Di musim haji dipake juga buat transit pemberangkatan jama'ah haji bgitu juga pulangnya.
Ada satu hal yang SANGAT disayangkan pada tata kelola tempat ini terutama bagian depan/trotoar pedestrian. Tapi ya sudahlah...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah Dinas Bupati Kebumen, terutama pendoponya, memang jadi sentra berbagai perhelatan kepemerintahan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Dan para kepala desa memang terbilang sering diundang ke sana. Dua bulan sebelum pelantikan tadi misalnya, para kades juga tampil penuh senyum ketika hadir di sana. Soalnya, pada 25 Oktober 2013 itu, Ibu Wakil Bupati Djuwarni membagikan 252 sepeda motor untuk para lurah dan kepala desa. Inipun pembagian tahap ke-dua. Di waktu sebelumnya, sudah 208 sepeda motor yang dibagikan. Harapannya, dengan sepeda motor itu para kades bisa semakin giat menarik PBB dari masyarakat.
Untuk dua kegiatan dengan kepala desa tadi, yang jadi aktor utama memang Ibu wakil bupati. Tapi untuk urusan dengan gubernur, Bupati Buyar Winarso lah yang tampil di Pendopo Rumah Dinas Bupati. Seperti ketika Ganjar Pranowo, gubernur Jateng yang baru, datang ke Kebumen pada 7 Oktober 2013. Ganjar datang untuk menanyakan progres pembangunan Jalan Jalur Lintas Selatan (JJLS) Kebumen sepanjang 55,8 kilomter. Pak Bupati melaporkan bahwa hingga hari itu tanah yang berhasil dibebaskan sudah mencapai 39,7 kilometer. Bagi Ganjar, JJLS ini penting karena dia memang mencanangkan 2014 sebagai 'Tahun Infrastruktur' bagi Jawa Tengah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasa disebut dengan Pendopo Bupati Kebumen. Lokasinya di Utara alun-alun Kebumen. Di depan pendopo ini terdapat seperti taman yang cocok untuk spot selfie. Biasanya pendopo ini digunakan untuk acara-acara penting. Bangunan pendoponya bergaya arsitektur Jawa berupa rumah Joglo
