Untuk penilaan kami konsen ke rasa, nasinya sendiri menggunakan beras rasmati sungguh enak rendah gula rempahnya light bgt sesuai ciri khas nasi mandi timur tengah, daging ayam dan kambingnya enak bumbu meresap ayamnya di presto dengan timeing yg pass sehingga tulang gak terlalu lunak, daging kambingnya juara lebut dan gak bau kambing
