★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang sangat buruk jadi nasabah line bank.. ngga tau kenapa ATM saya di blokir.. udah nelpon cs berkali kali tapi tidak ada kejelasan kenapa ATM saya bisa kblokir.. ke kantor cabang nya pun tidak bisa buka blokiran. Bank macam apa ini
 Very bad service as a line bank customer.. I don't know why my ATM is blocked.. I've called cs many times but it's not clear why my ATM can be blocked.. Even the branch office can't unblock it. What kind of bank is this

This branch look spacious, there's also a lounge for customer. This bank located at ground floor, and the office is on various of floor, you may ask for details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my own experience at Hana Bank, am a Priority Customer (going to close account today), at Hana Bank Mangkuluhur at 11.50 am, would like to meet CS but none of the CS available & Security inform that all CS are out for lunch, waiting 45 mnt to have someone to attend me at 13.35 pm, as a big & reputable Bank this is should not happens & just hope Hana Bank Indonesia Management look this matter seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst teller service ever! I had been there several times and always experiencing the same long service with the teller. Today i spent literally One hour and only 2 number of queque are done. I don't know whats wrong and what are they doing. Please learn to BCA or any other banks to improve your service. Considering you are the headquarter office and you have priority lounge there. Even the branch office is a lot faster!
