Pelayanan sangat lama. Sudah menunggu selama 4 jam baru dilayani. Tingkatkan kepuasan pada nasabah.

Pelayanan cs nya lumayan ramah, cuma satpamnya ngga sopan masa iya ngatain nasabah bikin ktp nembak, saya dan teman saya juga dibanding banding postur tubuhnya katanya yg satu badannya gede bgt yg satu kecil, itu kan termasuk body shaming, tolong lain kali sikap dan mulut nya dijaga, kalo gasalah nama satpamnya dari E, maaf ya saya spill disini dari pada saya spill di Twitter
The cs service is quite friendly, only the security guard is not polite when he keeps the customer making a shooting ID, me and my friend are also compared to their body posture, they say that one body is very big and one is small, that includes body shaming, please next time the attitude and mouth guarded, if I'm not mistaken the name of the security guard is from E, sorry, I'm spilling it here instead of spilling it on Twitter

Pelayanannya sangat buruk,saya dan rekan-rekan saya dibiarkan terlantar menunggu hingga berjam-jam dari pkl 11:30-15:00, tidak ada petugas yg inisiatif menanyakan kepada saya dan rekan-rekan saya dan saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan bank ini. Baru kali ini saya melihat pelayanan bank seburuk ini, tujuan saya dan rekan-rekan hanya untuk membuka rekening dan SECURITYNYA juga sangat tidak membantu sama sekali dia hanya terlihat mondar-mandir tidak jelas tanpa memberikan alasan yg jelas mengapa saya dan rekan-rekan saya dibiarkan menunggu hingga berjam-jam lamanya dan untuk dibagian tellerrnya juga sempat ada kurang teliti dan itu membuat saya semakin kesal dengan pelayanan bank disini. SANGAT TIDAK PANTAS PELAYANAN SEPERTI ITU!!

Antrian sangat lama sekali, cuma ada 1 CS yang bekerja di office day. Security nya gak berkompeten di bidangnya, kurangnya edukasi kepada security dan sangat tidak profesional. Disuruh nunggu di luar. Dari jam 9 nunggu panas panasan, jam 9 sampai jam 1 siang antrian cuma 505-506 3 jam saja, saya dapet antrian 513 ga selesai2 astaga. sambil bolak balik indomaret sambil nunggu, tidak disediakan duduk oleh security padahal didalam ruangan kosong. Tolong pihak CIMB di SIDAK & TIM nya tolong diperbaiki pelayanan nya sangat buruk dan lambat sekali. Baru kali ini saya sebagai nasabah bank pelayanan sangat buruk & lambat.
The queue was very long, there was only 1 CS working on the office day. Security is not competent in its field, lack of education to security and very unprofessional. Told to wait outside. From 9 am waiting for the heat, from 9 to 1 pm the queue is only 505-506 3 hours, I got a queue of 513 not finished, gosh. while going back and forth Indomaret while waiting, security is not provided to sit even though the room is empty. Please the CIMB at SIDAK & the TEAM please fix the service is very bad and very slow. This is the first time for me as a bank customer, the service is very bad & slow.

Nice room, nice staffs with hospitality, cool rooms. There's a clean restroom at the back side. During lunch time, there's several restaurants and food stores surrounded. Now, you must followed health protocol here, during Covid-19 pandemic. This office has been applied health protocol for Covid-19 prevention.
