Untuk setoran dan penarikan dana dilakukan di lantai 2. Untuk pelayanan customer service dilakukan di lantai 1. Semua persiapan diberitahukan petugas. Customer service juga ramah dan jelas memberikan informasi. Jika ingin pelayanan yang lebih pagi, bisa datang sebelum jam 7.30 untuk mendapat nomor antri yang lebih kecil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terdapat 2 ATM , setor tunai disini, dan 1 atm buat cetak kartu fisik. Bukanya enggak 24 jam ya. Fasilitasnya paling bagus menurut saya BCA, disediakan kursi tunggu juga.
There are 2 ATMs, cash deposits here, and 1 atm for printing physical cards. It's not 24 hours, isn't it? The facilities are the best in my opinion BCA, waiting chairs are also provided.
