1. minta bukti pelunasan
2. waktu pengambilan sertifikat 14 hari setelah sudah dilakukan setor bukti pelunasan.
3. ambil sertifikat ada biaya biaya, biaya roya admin, kisaran 500 ribuan siapin aja.
semoga info ini berguna untuk semua. mks

pelayanan luaammaaaaa bangeeeettt,
antri sampe 3 jam,
yg mau kemari mending cari cabang lain dah.. jauh beda bgt sm bca,
sesingkat mungkin melayani,
makin byk nasabah makin ditambah cs dan tellernya,
buat rekening baru jg btn spt dprsusah bgt hrs ada ini dan itu sdgkan yg lain cm ektp, yg lain bhkn sdh bs online,,
Mana nunggu dluar panas2an kga blh masuk,
Emg namanya bank bumn ya bgni dr dulu, ganti tampilan doang pelayanan tetep butut gak memuaskan.
Mau segede apa jg bank bumn yg dipilih ujung2nya kartu jg masalah gbs dipake buat spbu lah error lah offline lah inilah itulah..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya gak ada niatan sampai kesini, tapi karena Buku tabungan yg nerbitin disini makanya mau g mau dari Karawang nyempetin Ke BTN KC CIKARANG buat pengesahan(dari awal 6 thn lalu dikasih sama MKT perum ternyata lom ada pengesahannya ?), panas panas ditambah lagi In Shaa Allah lagi puasa ??(semoga kuat sampai maghrib).
Karena masih pandemi sebelum masuk wajib pakai masker, cek suhu dan scan pakai apk peduli lindungi.
Kesannya pelayanan bagus, security sigap, kemudian CS nya juga ramah dan tempat nyaman.
