Di kawasan ini juga saya menikmati malam senja di Malioboro, komunitas sastra dengan pembacaan antologi.
Di tempat ini juga saya merasakan terotoar jalan yang sesungguhnya, lebar dan banyak tempat duduk.
Ada toko Hamzah batik tak pernah sepi, dan para pedagang sate ayam, andong juga pengambilan pengamen jalanan memenuhi sesak jalan
