★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was okay. Reasonable for the price. Rooms are a bit unkept and the A/C doesn't function that well anymore. There was a kitchen but no cutlery nor plates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in process is taking extremely long time. Mind you, we arrived at 3pm yet we have to wait half an hour just to get our room ready. Seems unprepared, probably because they were so understaffed. Then again the reception is working extremely slow.. it's okay mister take all the time you need. Room cleanliness is average. I shouldn't expect too much regarding their service and performance.
