Parking area: ok.
Shower/changing room: there is, separated men and women, the condition was not the best, at least they have access to clean water, you need to bring your own toiletries and towel.
Safety: we can use their safety vest, helmet, and rubber shoes. They provide 4 or 5 guides for a group of 12.
Snacks: they serve you tea, drinking water, boiled peanuts, and steamed sweet potato.
Ticket: 50k/pax.
Documentation service: ok.
It was a nice experience, floating along the river, with green stones and plants alongside, ended on an opening with limestone around.
Jumping from the edge to the river was fun. They will help you document it, a photographer with an SLR camera provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got here when there was no one else just 4 of us also its fun! The guideman was also funny so we talk more like a friend than a guider. This pandemic really hit them hard, If you come here I guarantee you will be satisfied with all the fun they provide. Also its cheap! You get a tube, safety vest, and rubber shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For adrenalin junkie, it's a best place! You can sliding in and jumping from 2-3meters to the deep river.. no prob if you can't swim like me.. you got a safety live vest, and 2 professional guide~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's fun, its cheap. Take the long trip, the short one is too short. Also come in rain season, the water is much cleaner. The also provide profesional guide and photografer.
The shower need an upgrade, a real shower and please provide door on the shower, not just curtain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes approximately 30 minutes from the city center and the place is not hard to find. The guides really tell you all about the instructions and safety measure. You will each be given a helmet, a life-jacket, a paddle & a tube. Duration is around 1 hour and although it's rather short..you'll reach that one narrow passage for a good group photo.

It's a nice occasion, but the track was too short. It would be nice if it gets longer hehe
The toilet is not really clean
