★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, mau ambil mobil malah disuruh tunggu diluar panas2an 3jam, security gabisa ngasi kepastian, cuma disuru tunggu tanpa hasil. Setelah di bentak baru dikasi masuk dan diijikan untuk mngambil mobil di gudang. Finishing berantakan dan pelayanan komplain gaada tanggung jawab sama sekali.
The service is unsatisfactory, they even want to take the car and are told to wait outside the hot air for 3 hours, the security cannot provide certainty, only to wait without success. After being snapped, they were just entered and allowed to take the car in the warehouse. The finishing is a mess and the complaint service is no responsibility at all.

The making of the box is very long, it's been more than 1 month and it's still not done.

Kedepan tolong bisa ada layanan storing atau minimal ada mekanik yg bisa pandu driver yg ada kendala wingbox hydrolik di lapangan.
There is no storing/visiting service when the wingbox from SNI has a problem.
In the future, please can there be a storing service or at least there is a mechanic who can guide drivers who have problems with the hydraulic wingbox in the field.
