★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan 2 makanan ini di Kapten ayam. Rasanya enak enak. Trus pas ke sini lagi ada diskon. Lokasinya gampang dicari, parkir luas, pelayanan oke, ruangan ber ac.
Order these 2 foods at the Chicken Captain. Taste good good. Then right here again there is a discount. The location is easy to find, spacious parking, okay service, air-conditioned room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang kesini di hari Rabu malam untuk makan malam setelah buka puasa. Dari luar tempatnya tampak besar dan terang.
Sayangnya begitu masuk ke dalam, tidak seperti ekspetasi saya.
Saya datang tempatnya sepi tidak ada customer lain.
Plusnya:
1. Area parkir luas meski harus bayar.
2. AC dingin.
3. Area duduk banyak.
Minusnya:
1. Area dalam tampak kusam dan jorok. Lantai sangat kotor. Ada tumpahan banyak soda di lantai di biarkan saja tanpa di bersihkan dari saya datang sampai saya pulang. Banyak lalat. Selama makan saya di lalerin.
2. Kurang quality control untuk penyajian menu dan makanan.
3. Penyajian makanan sangat mengecewakan. Saya pesan ayam panggang 1/2 ekor dan 1 porsi nasi kebuli... Semuanya anyep. Ayam panggangnya pun dingin. Nasinya juga kering. Saya sampai suruh pelayannya pegang makanan saya agar dia tahu makanannya anyep.
4. Pelayannya bisa di bilang tidak sedikit tapi sangat mengecewakan. Seperti tidak niat bekerja. Saya order ayam panggang 1 ekor di bilangnya tidak ada. Begitu saya keluar, ada ayam 1 ekor sedang di panggang. Saya pesan teh tawar hangat. Gak lama kemudian teh datang beserta 2 pelayan yang mendebatkan bahwa itu air panas bukan teh.
5. Untuk rasa, ayam panggang hambar. Mereka tidak tahu cara menyajikan ayam panggang yang benar.
Saya tidak pernah komplain tapi makan disini sangat mengecewakan. Menurut saya tempatnya sangat tidak layak untuk jualan. Owner harus belajar lebih banyak lagi dalam membuat bisnis restoran. Pelayannya pun juga harus di tatar dan di ajari dengan kode etik melayani yang baik.

I came to a quiet place with no other customers.
Plus:
1. Large parking area although you have to pay.
2. Cold AC.
3. Many sitting areas.
The minus:
1. Inside area looks dull and dirty. The floor is very dirty. There is a lot of soda spills on the floor, just leave it without cleaning it from me until I come home. Lots of flies. During my meal I was on lalerin.
2. Lack of quality control for menu and food presentation.
3. Food presentation is very disappointing. I ordered 1/2 roast chicken and 1 portion of kebuli rice ... Everything is anyep. The roast chicken is cold too. The rice is dry too. I told the waiter to hold my food so he could tell the food was anyep.
4. The waiter can say not a little but very disappointing. Like no intention of working. I ordered 1 roast chicken, he said there was no. Once I came out, there was 1 chicken roasting. I ordered warm tea. Not long after, tea came along with 2 waiters arguing that it was hot water not tea.
5. To taste, the grilled chicken is tasteless. They don't know how to properly serve roast chicken.
I never complain but eating here is very disappointing. In my opinion the place is very unfit for sale. The owner must learn more about starting a restaurant business. The servants must also be trained and taught with a code of ethics to serve well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this place for iftar.. Arrived and ordered by 17.15.. After waiting for 1.5 hours the waiter told me my order has sold out. The manager came and apologise and offered me 10% disc which I declined. Your business doesn't deserve to survive. Purely amateurish. Stay away from this place.
