★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantornya bagus, bersih dan tertata rapi, ada mesin antrian juga walau tdk digunakan, staffnya jg ramah2.
Kurangnya adalah proses pelayanan yg lambat, utk pembayaran perpanjangan makam butuh waktu lebih dari 1jam smp selesai, Padahal proses pembayaran dan pencatatan perpanjangan makam cukup sederhana dan mudah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengurus surat perpanjang makam, sudah expired di Jan 2021, namun ternyata ada dispensasi selama pandemi utk tahun 2021, jadi tidak kena denda. Sebelum masuk kantor TPU, lapor ke bagian registrasi dan dapat nomor antrian. Lalu akan dipanggil petugas berdasarkan nomor antrian. Utk perpanjangan surat makam, di kantor TPU mengurus surat pengantar ke Kelurahan. Siapkan materai 1 lembar, fotokopi surat makam dan fotokopi KTP 2 lembar. Setelah dapat surat pengantar, segera ke kantor Kelurahan di Jakarta, bisa kelurahan manapun selama masih wilayah Jakarta. Di Kelurahan, setelah menyerahkan surat pengantar, akan diberikan surat utk bayar. Jika bayar cash, setor ke teller bank DKI. Jika bayar transfer, bisa lewat ATM Bank DKI. Biasanya di Kelurahan wilayah Jakarta selalu terdapat ATM Bank DKI. Setelah selesai bayar, balik ke Kelurahan utk mendapatkan surat perpanjangan makam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ baru pertama kalinya mengurus perpanjangan IPTM dan mau minta surat pengantar di sini ternyata sangat mudah. kantornya bersih, pelayanannya baik, petugas loket ramah, satpamnya juga baik dan informatif. persyaratan yang harus dibawa yaitu dokumen IPTM aseli dan fotokopi 2 lembar, fotokopi KTP pemohon 2 lembar, meterai 2 lembar, satunya untuk digunakan nanti di kelurahan. untuk mengurus surat pengantar ini tidak dipungut biaya
