★ ★ ★ ★ ★ costumer service shopee tidak membantu dan solusi tidak jelas, jawaban yang diberikan berbelit-belit, entah apakah karena memang si cs ini tidak nyambung, atau memang tidak tahu harus memberikan solusi apa.
saya sampai pernah memarahi cs shopee melalui sambungan telfon, cs atas nama PAU.
namun keesokan harinya sampai sekarang saya tidak pernah bisa lagi menghubungi shopee, tidak ada lagi menukan tekan 0 untuk berbicara dengan operator.
anehnya jika saya meghubungi menggunakan no lain, saya baru bisa berbicara dengan cs.
saya telah menghubungi chat shopee namun tidak ada yang memberikan solusi.
saya juga pernah komplen mengenai barang yang terlambat dikirim oleh penjual, dari cs mengatakan bahwa barang besok akan tercancel secara otomatis, karena wktu pengemasan berkahir besok. namun ternyata barang tetap dikirimkan oleh penjual. saya meminta penjelasan dan bantuan shopee untuk pengembalian dan pembatalan namun trnyaya cs juga tidak solutif.
shopee tidak pernah memikirkan pelanggan melainkan hanya keuntungan belakan. saya stop menggunakan shopee dan uninstall.
Shopee customer service is not helpful and the solution is not clear, the answers given are convoluted, whether because the CS is not connected, or does not know what solution to provide.
I have scolded cs shopee via telephone, cs on behalf of PAU.
but the next day until now I can never contact Shopee anymore, no more pressing 0 to talk to the operator.
strangely if I call using another number, I can only talk to CS.
I have contacted shopee chat but no one gave a solution.
I have also complained about the late delivery of goods by the seller, from CS saying that tomorrow's goods will be canceled automatically, because the packaging time ends tomorrow. but it turns out that the goods are still sent by the seller. I asked Shopee for an explanation and help for returns and cancellations but the truth is that CS is also not a solution.
shopee never think about customers but only profit behind. I stopped using Shopee and uninstalled.
