★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front liner nya tidak ramah dan tidak sopan. Pelayanan sangat buruk. Sepertinya ini Pos Indonesia dengan pelayanan terburuk di Jakarta yg pernah saya datangi.
 The front liner is not friendly and not polite. Very bad service. Looks like this is Pos Indonesia with the worst service in Jakarta that I have ever been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawannya tidak ramah sama sekali, tidak ada senyum sedikitpun. Malahan ngelirik customer aja sinis gitu. Kayak ga niat kerja. Mau bertanya Malah d suruh duduk dan sabar. Mau nanya lho ini.. Sistem antriannya juga tidak jelas. untungnya ada pelanggan lain yang memberikan arahan. Ini malah pelanggan lain yg memberikan arahannya lho, bukan karyawan yang bekerja disana. sangat disayangkan sekali.
The employees are not friendly at all, there is not the slightest smile. In fact, just glancing at the customer like that. Like no work intention. Want to ask In fact d told to sit and be patient. I want to ask this ... The queuing system is also unclear. fortunately there are other customers who give directions. This is actually another customer who gives directions, not employees who work there. very unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk, tidak ramah, tidak helpful. Paket saya ditolak utk dikirim, padahal cuma retur doang udh lengkap semua datanya. Gak bilang maaf sama sekali, gak ngasih solusi.
Santai sih ya, ga bakal dipecat juga mau pelayanan seburuk apapun haha.
Very bad service, not friendly, not helpful. My package was refused to be sent, even though it was only a complete return of all the data. Not saying sorry at all, not giving a solution.
Relax, yeah, you won't be fired, you want to be as bad as you want, haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon pihak kantor pos diperhatikan lg para karyawannya khususnya di setia budi. Staf yg wanita . Sangat tidak ramah jutek abis. Cara mengahadapi custemer sangat buruk .
Please pay attention to the post office lg its employees, especially in loyal Budi. Female staff. Very unfriendly. How to deal with custemer is very bad.

untuk fungsi pengiriman sudah cukup ok, hanya saja untuk sisi pelayanan masih sama sejak dulu ya haha, jika bisa kasih nilai minus saya akan kasih -5 untuk pelayanan. sukses terus untuk pos indonesia.
4x experience at this post office follows my judgment:
for the delivery function is quite ok, it's just for the service side is still the same since long ago haha, if you can give a minus value I will love -5 for service. continued success for Indonesia Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian front linearnya mulut sampah ! Mungkin kantor pos tidak mengajarkan etika & sop berbicara yg baik dengan konsumen. But thanks bad service experiencenya semoga ada perubahan yang berarti untus kantor pos indonesia. Kalau bukan karna western union mungkin saya tidak akan pernah ke kantor pos! Lebih baik JNE or TIKI untuk pengiriman barang.
The linear front part is junk mouth! Maybe the post office doesn't teach ethics and it is good to talk with consumers. But thanks to the bad service experience, hopefully there will be a significant change in the Indonesian post office. If it were not for western union, maybe I would never go to the post office! It's better JNE or TIKI for shipping goods.
