saya beberapa kali kirim sepatu dihitungnya 1 kg, mendadak dibilang jadi 2 kg krn kena volume, padahal barang yg dikirim volumenya selalu sama
petugasnya mohon maaf juga lelet kerjanya, mungkin krn sudah berumur
the clerk is not clear, the shipping is different for the same 1 item
I sent my shoes several times, the count was 1 kg, suddenly it turned out to be 2 kg because it hit the volume, even though the volume sent was always the same
the officer apologizes too late for work, maybe because he is already old
