★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan cepat, bisa mendapatkan info dari petugas dengan jelas, dan barang aman, tidak seperti mengirim ke JNE, sudah mahal, barang pun hilang, dan belum ada penggantian sampai sekarang
Fast service, can get information from the officers clearly, and goods are safe, unlike sending to JNE, it's expensive, the goods are lost, and there has been no replacement until now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanannya kurang ramah. utk wesel biasanya di kantor pos lain,selalu pake resi terakhir kita kirim,dan muncul nm kita dan alamat yg dikirim, krn udah langganan... tp disini,pegawainya ngomel ngomel. cape dech. udah dijelasin,kalo dikantor pos lain lain seperti itu,jd gatau kalo disini beda.. ngedumel sambil manyun,dibantu pagawai sebelahnya ngomelnya. wow,org mau pake jasa kirim,malah di omelin. kyk mau ngutang. jabang bayik dech
the service is not friendly. for money orders usually at another post office, always use the last receipt we send, and our nm appears and the address sent, because it's already subscribed ... but here, the employee grumbles grumbling. cape dech. I've explained it, if it's in the office of another post like that, or if it's different here ... grumbling while piling, helped by the parade next to him grumbling. wow, org want to use the shipping service, instead in omelette. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama pandemi ini kantor pos sepi jadi lebih nyaman utk mengirim surat, barang dan beli perangko lebih lenggang tanpa antrian panjang.
During this pandemic the post office is quiet so it's more convenient to send letters, goods and buy stamps more easily without long queues.

Terdapat fasilitas ruang tunggu yang cukup luas dan ada AC sehingga meningkatkan kenyamanan pengunjung saat hendak mengirimkan surat/barang via Kantor Pos. Namun, kadang aplikasi sering error jadi pelayanan terganggu masalah teknis. Semoga bisa segera diperbaiki. Terimakasih Pos Indonesia! ?
Good service, fast and convenient. There is a quite spacious waiting room facility and there is air conditioning which increases the comfort of visitors when they want to send letters / goods via the Post Office. However, sometimes the application is often error so the service is interrupted by technical problems. Hopefully it can be fixed soon. Thank you Pos Indonesia! ?
