★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nomor telepon sering dimatikan, kalo ga niat angkat pegawai nya suruh ga usah krj aja.. Pembuatan IMB lambat 2bln blm jd.
The telephone number is often turned off, if the employee's intention is not lifted, don't need it .. Making the IMB is slow 2 months ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pas tanya2 kesana kurang memuaskan jawabannya dan petugasnya bingung mau jawab nya..gimana ya?kami bertanya kesana karena kami juga bingung dan tdk mendapatkan jawaban sebaik mungkin, tapi pelayanannya so far bagus sih
when I asked questions there, the answer was less satisfying and the officers were confused about how to answer it .. what should we do? we asked there because we were also confused and didn't get the best answer possible, but the service was so far good anyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, antar petugas yang satu dengan yg lain tidak sinkron dalam memberikan penjelasan, terkesan bertele tele dalam memberikan pelayanan IUJK,proses yang harusnya bisa dipercepat malah terpaku pada SOP yg katanya 7-14 hari kerja, OSS tidak seindah yg digembar gemborkan di media, harapan pelayanan bisa dipercepat ternyata hanya di media saja, prakteknya tidak semudah itu
The service is unsatisfactory, the officers are not in sync with each other in giving explanations, seem long-winded in providing IUJK services, the process that should be accelerated is instead glued to the SOP which is said to be 7-14 working days, OSS is not as beautiful as what is heralded in the media , the hope that the service can be accelerated turns out to be only in the media, the practice is not that easy
