Dgn cicilan yg sama tanpa free pompa air,dinding ga double,tanpa free wastafel,dll
Hebat marketing ya nyari konsumen,tp komplain saya blm dihandle hampir 3bln berjalan setelah surat komplain saya serah terima.dinding yg retak,ubin ada yg retak,apa karena saya sdh serah terima kunci&sdh berjalan hampir 7bln jd lepas begitu saja komplain saya yg tlh msuk.tq before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemberkasan udh beres tiba" ada info dr marketingnya kalo developer minta kenaikan dp 7,5 jt, padahal ga ada perjanjian di awal ataupun di brosurnya, akhirnya marketingnya inisiatif ngalihin ke perumahan lain dengan jarak yg lebih jauh dan ukuran rumah lebih kecil, krn mau tetep lanjut di srimahi residence juga takut ke depannya bermasalah lagi, padahal udah memantapka diri untuk tinggal disana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini Perumahan yg sangat bagus krn modelnya bisa diblng tdk kalah dengan yg lain & untuk DP nya ngk terlalu tinggi msh bisa dicicil.untuk angsuran perbulannya jg ngk terlalu tinggi.
This is a very good housing because the model can be compared with others and the DP is not too high, it can still be paid in installments. For monthly installments it's also not too high.
