Sang arsitek ingin menampilkan kelompok regu yang jasanya jelas sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat ini dengan terbuka tanpa sekat pagar-pagar. Selain itu, konsep bangunan ini juga memberi kesan bahwa Skuad Damkar responsif jika sewaktu-waktu ada panggilan darurat. Tanpa pagar, mereka lebih cepat & sigap keluar kandang.
Tampilannya lebih bersemangat & friendly.

Anak anak belajar tentang perlengkapan yang biasa digunakan oleh Para pemadam kebakaran, mencoba memakainya, hingga belajar cara memadamkan api. Yang tidak kalah seru adalah saat anak- anak disemprot air dengan menggunakan selang pemadam kebakaran dan diajak berkeliling dengan mobil pemadam kebakaran. Seru sekali dan menjadi pengalaman tak terlupakan buat anak anak. Petugas petugasnya ramah dan baik.
