★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat memuaskan membuat para calon pembayar pajak tidak kapok untuk datang meski hanya sekedar sharing dan konsultasi. Para pegawai terlihat sangat menguasai permasalahan pajak dan selalu siap untuk melayani customer. Pada hari dan jam tertentu memang penuh sesak. Ruangan dilengkapi wifi gratis.
The service is very satisfying to make the prospective taxpayers not give up to come even if only just sharing and consultation. The employees seem to be very well versed in tax issues and are always ready to serve customers. Certain days and hours are crowded. The room is equipped with free wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahun kemarin semua pelaporan dan pelayanan berubah online, dan ditahun ini sudah kembali dibuka offline, lokasi sudah standar protokol covid, MMT peringatan juga diterapkan, jaga jarak kursi tunggu diluar sudah diterapkan, pelayanan sebelum antrian baik, bapak nya ramah, walau agak tegas, setelah berkas dilengkapi selanjutnya diberi nomer antrian sesuai kepentingan nya, dan masuk setelah nomer dipanggil, sekarang ada relawan pajak, semua nya memakai masker tapi tidak menerapkan jaga jarak, mungkin itu saja, selebihnya pelayanan oke, relawan pajak juga oke
