Very good progress from 10 years ago. 1-door service is very helpful.
There are still many services and computer systems that can be improved. Lots of flaw and redundancy in the process of handling citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor kelurahan dengan nama yang paling aneh dan bikin bingung karena nama tempat biasanya tidak diterjemahkan kedalam bahasa lain. Tapi usulan untuk mengubahnya ditolak mentah mentah oleh Google sebagai yang punya Lapak. Kantornya lumayan bagus... Pelayanannya biasa saja, standar lamanya dengan tingkat keramahan yang mendekati nol. Tapi yah apa boleh buat... Harus ketempat ini ??
