★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengalaman mengusrus surat keterangan untukbperpanjang asuransi,tak dilayani jika bukan KTP sini padahal punya domisili dan surat pengantar dr RT,RW(kecuali domisili selebihnya gak bisa) ,,
experience proposing a certificate to extend insurance, not being served if it's not an ID card here even though you have a domicile and cover letter from RT, RW (except for the rest of the domicile you can't) ,,

Ada salah satu petugas yg kurang teliti, sehingga beberapa revisi. Padahal cuma bikin surat ket domisili.
Semoga kedepannya lbh baik lagi.
For cleanliness is very okay. But for very bad service.
There is one officer who is less thorough, so there are some revisions. Even though they only made a letter of domicile.
Hopefully in the future it will be better again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus apapun susah disini, ribet. Mau pemutihan aja dibatesin grgr ada 2 acara. Ya mbok satu-satu dulu biar banyak warga yg terlayani..... Hadehh gajelass mana jutek2 bgt lagi orgnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terletak di jalan bosih raya cibitung dari stasiun cibitung atau dari kantor kelurahan Wanasari ke stasiun cibitung naik angkot merah 36 polos, jangan salah karena angkot merah 36A jurusan ke cikarang, fasilitas nya bagus di kantor ini, aparatur nya ramah apalagi kalo kita lebih sopan sambutan nya hangat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk, buat domisili aja d persulit, padahal sudah membawa surat pengantar RT RW masih d tolak alasan nya minta KTP pak RT sebagai penjamin ???
Bad service, making it difficult to domicile, even though I have brought a cover letter from RT RW, I still refuse the reason for asking for an ID card from the RT as a guarantor ???
