Mengurus dokumen disuruh online, tapi kontak WA nya tidak bisa dihubungi. Setelah selesai mengisi form online juga tidak ada kabar dari kelurahan. Saya langsung datang ke kelurahan tidak ada pegawai yg bertugas, mahal petugas kebersihan yang menjaga di depan. Terus bagaimana saya harus membuat dokumen disini. Sangat buruk pelayanan di kelurahan ini. Akan saya laporkan ke tingkat yg lebih tinggi

Sekarang apapun bentuk pelayanan yang inginkan.. Pengunjung tidak boleh masuk ke dalam.. Cuma sampai pintu.. Dan dilayani beberapa anak PKL.. Ya gk jadi masalah , yang penting dokumen yang diinginkan cepat selesai.. Ngantri itu dan menunggu itu membosankan apalagi kalau harus panas panasan...

Mohon d perhatikan lagi, agar pimpinan atau wakilnya sellu stay dtempat jd untuk pengurusan dokument tdk harus tunggu smpai jm 4 krn tdk ad yg ttd dokument. Krn sya pekerja buruh jd wktu sya jg terbatas. Terima kasih

Pelayanan bpk petugas d pintu masuk tidak standard pelayanan, saya pertama kali k sini sejak 1 bln lalu pindah kelurahan dan tuj saya karna mau buat sktm tp tuh bpk saya yg tanya malah dia tanya balik loh kjp lah saya bilang bukan terus dari mn saya bilang saya d suruh pihak sekolah utk dapat bantuan pemerintah...dia malah ngeledek bantuan apa sembako?, sqya tanya sejak kaoan dpt sembako pakai sktm pak???? dan banyak lg ke ngeyelan yg terjadi tp itu aja. Murut saya ..dia ahli d bidangnya (kelurahan), kami ahli d bidang kami so kalo org dtng mbok ya di bantu dan d terangkan apa yg kita tanya ...ini malah ngeledek sambil ngeyek..hufh aneh bgt..kok bisa kepilih dapat tugas pintu masuk ya...

In my opinion ... he is an expert in his field (kelurahan), we are experts in our field so if someone is with MB, please help and explain what we are asking ... this is actually making fun of it ... hufh it's really weird ... got the entrance assignment yes ...
