★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor kelurahan Pondok Jaya berada di dalam komplek perumahan permata Depok. Pintu masuknya memang dari Permata Depok, posisinya di dekat danau. Sehari-hari melayani masyarakat untuk mengurus segala keperluan berkas kelahiran, surat keterangan, e-KTP dan lainnya.
The Pondok Jaya urban office is inside the Depok jewel housing complex. The entrance is indeed from Permata Depok, its position near the lake. Everyday serving the community to take care of all the necessities of birth files, certificates, e-KTP and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pagi ini suami saya mau membuat akta kelahiran anak, KK dan KTP baru, yang sudah ada surat keterangan pindahan dari RT Kumala Permata Depok. tetapi DITOLAK! katanya surat ket pindah nya udah lewat dan kena denda, harus ke walikota untuk bayar dendanya, ditanya kalo ngurusnya gimana prosedurnya dan biaya nya berapa malah ngomong nya gak jelas dan kayak gak niat males ngurusin berkas! ini pelayanan ke masyarakat loh tapi bukannya membantu malah bikin nambah bingung tanpa solusi, ditanya juga gak bisa menjelaskan! kalian di gaji buat melayani masyarakat!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang melayani masyarakat, para petugas nya kurang ramah dan tata bicara nya Kurang enak di dengar, saya untuk cetak KTP saja petugas males2an..ampun ini untuk pelayanan masyarakat..
