★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mesti sabar banget ini minta tanda tangan lurah, capek deh mondar-mandir mulu, namanya kantor kelurahan tapi lurahnya keseringan ga ada di kantor. sekertaris nya jg ga nyiapin stampel tanda tangan lurah, udh tau lurahnya jarang di kantor. pak RW aja punya stampel tanda tangan, dipegang sekertaris nya. ni jaman udh serba canggih, hadeeehh.. ketinggalan jaman ini mah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building bagus, pegawai ramah, tata ruang mengacu pada customer service oriented, pelayanan secara umum memuaskan namun sayangnya lama sekali nunggu tanda tangan pak lurah, dikasus saya sampai 3 hari kerja berkas saya blm di tanda tangani jg. Menurut staf, pak lurah sedang ada rapat di pemda, ada acara diluar, dll. Duh pak lurah walau ada rapat diluar tolonglah tengoklah kantormu walau sebentar pak, wargamu membutuhkanmu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever, bikin KK dri Februari 2020, ternyata sdh jadi dan di ambil sama org dlm (saya nggal ngerti knp petugas bsa mewakili ambil tanpa ijin yg pnya KK), tp saya gag di info klo KK sdh jd. setiap telp pasti bilangnya msh proses trs, dan ini sdh Oktober. Saya hub yg ambil, katanya sdg diluar terus.
The worst service ever, made a KK since February 2020, it turned out to be done and taken with the inside (I don't understand why the officer can represent taking it without permission, the KK), but I failed in the info if the KK has already reached. every phone must say the process continues, and it's already October. I took the hub, he said it was still outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang pukul 9 kurang, di meja depan sama sekali tidak ada petugas, hanya ada 2 anak PKL. Sedangkan staff di belakang terlihat sudah datang, tetapi tidak kedepan. 3 orang sudah mengantri. Pada jam 9 pak lurah tiba di kantor, barulah staff datang ke meja pelayanan dan langsung melayani. Semua seperti terburu2 karena pak lurah telah datang.
